This instruction for Dear instrucabler should guide you in the construction of a non-welded wheel shaping bracket.
This simple and easy-to-use bracket consists of a standard slotting angle and a threaded rod, which can be adapted to the large size of the wheel.
I included traditional measuring instruments in my design and developed Arduino laser distance sensors to help trim the wheels.
I find the traditional measuring instruments easy to trim the wheels, but the digital aspect of the design lacks the required precision due to the fact that the sensors can achieve tolerances.
There is some room for improvement in design, and I welcome anyone who helps to build and improve the design to achieve a fully automatic system!

The material and cost calculation part of this Instructable is a bit out of touch with the actual design, as I built this booth with the materials collected from the leftovers collected from the construction work I worked on.
I will attach a CAD schematic in the next section that contains the part breakdown to help with your build. Please find the construction drawing of the bracket in this section.
Use PDF or Solidworks DXF to obtain the dimensions of the cutting slotting angle to the length.
Use a steel saw or angle grinder with a metal cutting blade to cut the slotting angle to determine the size. IMPORTANT (

Once the slotting angle is cut to determine the size, the item is just a case of assembling the part.
The first step is to assemble the base as shown in the figure. IMPORTANT (

In this section, you must first use the corner plate to connect the column.
Next, add the bolt foot to the end seat.
After the frame is built, check the dimensions using the wheel.
Adjust the structure horizontally, and finally tighten the structure. IMPORTANT (
This process is repeated every time a new wheel is made)
The first step is to add two long bolts that can be adjusted according to the wheel deflection to help trim.
Bolts can be used individually to help achieve the truth of the wheel, or you can add a tool to visually read the deflection.
To do this, create a part from a technical drawing that restricts the gauge and connect it.
You can use a gasket or other gasket to get the correct distance of the meter.
Now, this should allow you to really wheel to a fairly high degree.
I also suggest you use it with the spoke tension meter.
In this section I connect Adruino to the LCD and LIDAR i2c laser distance sensor.
The first step is to weld the head pin onto the sensor board.
With the attachments in this section, you should be able to connect and view the results.
