Stem cells of origin (hASCs)
It has the potential to differentiate into a variety of different cell types, including bone cells.

It is reported that the infrared wavelength has an impact on the proliferation and bone formation of stem cells.
We have studied the effects of providing four different wavelengths (
420 nm, 540 nm, 660 nm, 810 nm)
Same dose (3u2009J/cm2)five times (every two days)
HASCs were cultured in bone culture medium for more than three weeks.
We measured the expression of the following transcription factors by RT-
PCR: RUNX2, osterix and bone protein, bone calcium protein.
The wavelengths of 420 nm and 540 nm were more effectively stimulated to differentiate into bone cells compared with 660 nm and 810 nm.
After the intracellular calcium is 420 nm and 540 nm, capsazepine and SKF96365 can be eliminated, which also hinders bone formation.
We assume the activation of light.
The calcium channels of blue and green light can explain our results.
