READINGTON TWP. —
At Pikel Park on the mountain road this weekend, a 3D archery match is underway.
This is to raise funds for the township police Charity Association and to raise funds for community organizations.
The first is Saturday morning and the second is Sunday morning.
Register at 7: 00. m.
Shooting time is 7: 30 a. m. m. to noon.
This activity is characterized by 30 targets in the fields and woods of the park, covering an area of about 20 acres, so dress appropriately.
There is an exercise field near the registration and recovery area.
While in professional competitions participants had to guess how far the target was and shoot accordingly, the activity allowed the use of measuring equipment, and many participants took out laser instruments to do the job. Readington Sgt.
Carlos Ferrero is a half.
Professional archery shooters organized 3D shooting with Cpl. Chris Heycock.
Archers aged 17 and above pay $20 a day and young archers pay $10 for lunch.
The event included novelties, the head of the door, raffles and 50/50.
