Countries around the world have invested a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources in the research and development of automobile anti-collision technology. The key of automobile anti-collision technology is vehicle ranging technology. At present, the methods used for automobile anti-collision ranging include: ultrasonic radar, millimeter wave radar, laser ranging, high-precision camera system ranging, etc. Among them, ultrasonic radar has been widely used in reverse collision avoidance, and the application cost of millimeter wave radar and camera system ranging is relatively high. With the progress of semiconductor laser technology, semiconductor laser ranging technology has been further developed, and laser ranging technology has been more and more widely used in automobile collision avoidance. We propose a laser rangefinder with 905nm semiconductor laser as light source, which has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, simple structure and low cost. It can be widely used in all kinds of intelligent measurement and its low precision requirements. Laser ranging system is mainly composed of semiconductor laser drive circuit, single chip microcomputer control and timing circuit, power supply and optical system. In the actual measurement, there is a big difference between the measured De-curve and the simulated curve, because the incident layer and the base layer of the analog grating are uniform compared with the actual grating, and the refractive index of the grating layer changes strictly according to the sinusoidal type. The measurement of projection coefficient is relatively easy, with the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, stable measurement value and no damage to the sample; Simplex method has the characteristics of simple and fast measurement.
